乡村振兴战略下粤港澳农产品冷链物流网络优化研究

摘　　要：当前,我国农产品冷链物流网络存在布局不均衡、环节“断链”、物流损耗大、物流成本高、体系不完善等问题,已经严重制约了乡村振兴及城乡协调发展,为了促进城乡冷链物流要素优化组合,推动中国乡村振兴战略落地,本文对比分析了国内外农产品冷链物流网络规划研究现状,创新地从乡村振兴战略视角构建了基于集合覆盖模型(SCM)和物流引力模型(LGM)的轴辐农产品冷链物流网络优化组合模型;鉴于粤港澳是中国城乡差距最大的区域,本文以粤港澳为例,开展轴辐农产品冷链物流网络优化实证研究,构建了以广州、深圳、汕头、茂名、江门、清远、香港地区、澳门地区八大物流圈为核心的轴辐农产品冷链物流网络。研究结果揭示了农产品冷链物流网络优化对乡村振兴发展空间经济集聚效应的内在联系机理,为各级别政府的农产品冷链物流高质量发展政策的制定提供了建议和支持。At present,the existing problems of the cold chain logistics network of agricultural products in China,such as unbalanced layout,breaking chain,high logistics loss,high logistics cost and imperfect system,have seriously restricted the rural revitalization and coordinated development of urban and rural areas.In order to optimize the urban and rural cold chain logistics elements and promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the research status of cold chain logistics network design for agricultural products at home and abroad has been compared and analyzed.Then,the optimized combination model based on the set covering model(SCM)and logistics gravity model(LGM)was innovatively constructed from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.Given that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region has the most significant urban-rural economic disparity in China,this paper takes this region as an example to carry out empirical research on the optimization of the cold chain logistics network of agricultural products.It builds a cold chain logistics network of agricultural products with eight logistics circles of Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Shantou,Maoming,Jiangmen,Qingyuan,Hong Kong,and Macao as the core.The results reveal the internal connection mechanism between the optimization of the cold chain logistics network of agricultural products and rural revitalization,which can provide suggestions and support for the formulation of high-quality development policies of agricultural products cold chain logistics by the government.
