摘 要:“双碳”目标下汽车产业面临巨大减排压力,为实现全生命周期降碳,汽车产业与钢铁产业需高度协同。对比国内外政府、研究机构及汽车企业对上游钢铁企业的低碳要求现状及协同发展趋势,从目标规划、减碳行动及与车企互动等3方面综述了钢铁企业为满足车企减碳要求开展的行动及规划,从合规要求、合规标准、协同减碳技术解决方案等3方面分析了上下游低碳协同中面临的挑战并给出相应建议,以期促进中国汽车产业链协同低碳发展。Automobile industry is facing great pressure to reduce emissions.In order to achieve carbon reduction in the whole life cycle,the automobile industry and the steel industry need to be highly collaborative.By comparing the current situation and trend of low-carbon requirements of upstream steel enterprises from domestic and foreign governments,research institutions and automobile enterprises,this paper summarizes the actions and plans carried out by steel enterprises to meet the carbon reduction requirements of automobile enterprises from three aspects:target planning,carbon reduction actions and interaction with automobile enterprises.The paper analyzes the challenges faced by upstream and downstream low-carbon collaboration from three aspects,such as compliance requirements,compliance standards,and collaborative carbon reduction technology solutions,and gives corresponding suggestions.
