摘　　要：当地时间2024年10月4日,历经一年多的调查,欧盟就是否对中国电动汽车征收为期五年的反补贴税举行投票。欧盟委员会发布的声明显示,投票中欧委会对中国进口电动汽车征收关税的提议获得了欧盟成员国的必要支持。本文将梳理反补贴调查的流程、原因,并分析反补贴调查的影响等。On October 4,2024 local time,after more than a year of investigation,the European Union held a vote on whether to impose a five-year countervailing duty on Chinese electric vehicles.The statement released by the European Commission shows that the proposal to impose tariffs on Chinese imported electric vehicles in the vote has received necessary support from EU member states.This article will outline the process and reasons for countervailing duty investigations,and analyze the impact of such investigations.
