摘 要:在电动汽车底盘布置优化设计中,我们需要考虑的因素不止动力电池组的布置还要考虑操纵性、稳定性、平顺性等整车综合性能。而设计出合理理想的底盘布置优化方案,对电动汽车未来的发展具有深远的意义。针对以上的问题,本文提出通过ADAMS Car仿真模型建立不同电动汽车底盘布置,基于国家标准和评价方法进行仿真试验,对不同的底盘布局方案的试验进行对比,确定对于整车操纵性、稳定性、平顺性更理想合理的底盘设计方案,通过仿真结果分析,验证优化结果。In the optimal design of electric vehicle chassis layout,we need to consider not only the arrangement of the power battery pack,but also the comprehensive performance of the whole vehicle such as handling,stability and smoothness.Designing a reasonable and ideal chassis layout optimization scheme is of far-reaching significance for the future development of electric vehicles.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to establish different electric vehicle chassis layouts through the ADAMS Car simulation model,conduct simulation tests based on national standards and evaluation methods,compare the tests of different chassis layout schemes,determine the more ideal and reasonable chassis design scheme for vehicle handling,stability and smoothness,and verify the optimization results through the analysis of simulation results.
