摘  要:随着技术的快速发展,机电一体化技术的应用可以显著提高轴承的操作效率和可靠性,还能在保证安全性的同时降低维护成本。汽车轴承作为车辆的重要组件,其性能优化可以提高车辆整体运行效能,有效减少能耗,提高动力传输效率,并最大限度地减少因轴承故障引起的非计划维护。因此,本文就基于机电一体化的汽车轴承性能优化设计进行深入探讨,以期望为开发更为高效、可靠的汽车轴承系统提供建议。With the rapid development of technology,the application of mechatronics technology can significantly improve the operation efficiency and reliability of bearings,and can also reduce maintenance costs while ensuring safety.As an important component of the vehicle,the performance optimization of automotive bearings can improve the overall operating efficiency of the vehicle,effectively reduce energy consumption,improve power transmission efficiency,and minimize unplanned maintenance caused by bearing failure.Therefore,this paper discusses the performance optimization design of automotive bearings based on mechatronics,in order to provide suggestions for the development of more efficient and reliable automotive bearing systems.
