摘 要:本文以工业化生产的角度制定了火箭发动机内壁锆无氧铜饼材产品的生产工艺。通过多次换向镦拔锻造、控制锻坯高径比改善了饼坯的探伤性能,极大降低了探伤废品占比。其次,通过不同的成品热处理工艺下显微组织的对比找到了匹配该生产工艺路线的最佳退火热处理制度。最终得到了相对细小均匀的退火后饼材组织,使饼材成品的性能得到了有效提升,抗拉强度控制在240Mpa至245MPa之间,断后伸长率最低值由最初的40%以上,提升至50%以上。同时饼材的断后伸长率指标离散性得到极大改善,均控制在5%以内,有效避免了饼材交付后旋压加工过程中产生的褶皱、裂纹等缺陷,降低了饼材产品后续使用风险。In this paper,the production process of zirconium oxygen-free copper cake on the inner wall of rocket engine is developed from the Angle of industrial production.The flaw detection performance of the cake billet was improved and the proportion of the flaw waste was greatly reduced by the control of the high diameter ratio of the forging billet through multiple reversing upsetting and forging.Secondly,the optimum annealing and heat treatment system matching the production process was found by comparing the microstructure of different heat treatment processes.Finally,a relatively fine and uniform annealed cake structure was obtained,and the properties of the finished cake were effectively improved.The tensile strength was controlled between 240Mpa and 245MPa,and the minimum elongation after breaking was increased from more than 40%to more than 50%.At the same time,the dispersion of the post-fracture elongation index of the cake material has been greatly improved,and is controlled within 5%,which effectively avoids the defects such as folds and cracks generated during the spinning process of the cake material after delivery,and reduces the risk of subsequent use of the cake material products.
