摘 要:本文针对复杂周期胞元结构计算量大的难题,开展了G型极小曲面结构导热性能研究,研究了该结构等效热导率计算方法。基于稳态法测量热导率的原理对G型三周期极小曲面的热导率进行了等效计算,通过G型极小曲面与实体等效模型仿真分析结果对比,两者误差在1.5%以内。通过公式拟合,得到G型极小曲面结构等效热导率计算公式,与仿真结果对比,误差在2.5%以内,该公式可有效表征G型极小曲面结构等效热导率。In response to the problem of large computational complexity in complex periodic cell structures,this article conducted a study on the thermal conductivity of G-type minimal curved surface structures and studied the calculation method of their equivalent thermal conductivity.Propose a calculation method for equivalent thermal conductivity.Based on the principle of measuring thermal conductivity using the steady-state method,the equivalent thermal conductivity of the G-type minimal surface structure was obtained through simulation analysis;By comparing the simulation analysis results of the G-shaped minimal surface with the equivalent model of the solid,the error between the two is within 1.5%.By fitting the formula,the calculation formula for the equivalent thermal conductivity of the G-type minimal surface structure is obtained.Compared with the simulation results,the error is within 2.5%.This formula can effectively characterize the equivalent thermal conductivity of the G-type minimal surface structure.
