摘 要:本文探析了深孔钻探施工中的绳索取芯技术应用,首先介绍了其应用背景和技术要点,包括设备选择和钻孔结构确定等。并阐述绳索取芯技术的优点,如降低劳动强度、提高钻进效率、减少孔内事故率和降低施工成本。随后以某铅矿深部找矿项目为例,详细剖析了绳索取芯技术在深孔钻探施工中的应用方法,包括工程概况、钻孔结构、钻孔取芯技术措施、钻孔护壁、钻头选择和使用、钻孔防斜措施及钻进操作注意事项。同时总结了该技术在该矿区的应用成果。研究表明,绳索取芯技术在深孔钻探施工中具有显著优势,能够提高钻探效率、降低劳动强度、保证钻孔质量,对我国深部探矿工作具有重要意义。This article explores the application of rope coring technology in deep hole drilling construction.Firstly,it introduces its application background and technical points,including equipment selection and drilling structure determination.And elaborate on the advantages of rope coring technology,such as reducing labor intensity,improving drilling efficiency,reducing in hole accident rates,and lowering construction costs.Subsequently,taking a deep mining project of a certain lead mine as an example,the application methods of rope coring technology in deep hole drilling construction were analyzed in detail,including engineering overview,drilling structure,drilling coring technology measures,drilling wall protection,drill bit selection and use,drilling anti inclination measures,and drilling operation precautions.At the same time,the application achievements of this technology in the mining area were summarized.Research has shown that rope coring technology has significant advantages in deep hole drilling construction,which can improve drilling efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and ensure drilling quality.It is of great significance for deep exploration work in China.
