摘 要:罐式煅烧炉是炭素制品生产的主要设备之一,由于其具有煅烧质量好,煅烧过程中炭质烧损低,运行维护费用低以及不需外加燃料煅烧等优点而被广泛应用于炭素行业生产的中。但随着我国工业的高速发展,冶炼行业对炭素制品的质量要求越来越高,同时由于罐式煅烧炉结构复杂,体积庞大,运行参数繁多,生产运行过程中炉内温度高,仅仅依靠实炉测试等方式掌握炉子的运行情况是不准确的,而采用数值模拟和实炉测试相结合的方式在很大程度上减少了实测工作的难度和工作量,极大地降低了实测和优化成本。本文对罐式炉火道进行建模仿真计算,直观地体现出罐式煅烧炉火道内温度场、反应物和生成物的浓度场、压力场以及流场等各种物理场的具体情况,为以后炉子的结构改进和生产操作提供依据。Shaft kiln is one of the main equipment in the production of carbon products.The shaft kiln is widely used in the production of carbon industry because of some advantages as its good calcination quality,low carbon loss during calcination,low operation&maintenance costs and no need for additional fuel calcination etc..With the rapid development of China's industry,the quality requirements of carbon products in the smelting industry are getting higher and higher;at the same time,the shaft kiln has complex structure,huge volume,various operating parameters and high temperature during operation,so it is inaccurate to master the operation of the kiln only by means of kiln test.However,the combination of numerical simulation and kiln test is adopted,which greatly reduces the difficulty and workload of actual measurement,greatly reduces the cost of actual measurement.This paper models the flue of the shaft kiln and optimization and visually reflects the concrete conditions of physical fields as the temperature field,the concentration field of the reactant and product,the pressure field and the flow field in the flue providing a basis for the structure improvement and the operation of kiln in the future.
