摘  要:随着国家“碳中和,碳达峰”双碳政策的驱动,各行业对于节能降耗、降本增效措施加大了研发力度,特别是传统产业如冶金等行业,急需先进技术革新原生产工艺。目前冶金行业内主流的水处理工艺都是靠蒸发为主,属于高能耗的工艺。伴随着膜技术的不断创新和研究,在水处理工艺中的应用越来越多,膜浓缩工艺是通过半透膜选择性的去除溶剂中的非溶质物质,从而实现溶剂浓缩,膜浓缩工艺的运行能耗和设备投资等各项指标都比传统的蒸发工艺大大降低。从整体的冶金工艺流程中为最终的冶金产品实现了节能降耗,为企业实现了降本增效的目的。With the driving force of the national dual carbon policy of"carbon neutrality and peak carbon emissions",various industries have increased their research and development efforts in energy conservation,cost reduction,and efficiency improvement measures,especially traditional industries such as metallurgy,which urgently need advanced technology to innovate their original production processes.At present,the mainstream water treatment processes in the metallurgical industry mainly rely on evaporation,which belongs to high-energy consumption processes.With the continuous innovation and research of membrane technology,its application in water treatment processes is increasing.Membrane concentration process selectively removes non solute substances from solvents through semi permeable membranes,thereby achieving solvent concentration.The operating energy consumption and equipment investment of membrane concentration process are greatly reduced compared to traditional evaporation process.From the overall metallurgical process,energy conservation and consumption reduction have been achieved for the final metallurgical products,achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement for the enterprise.
