摘　　要：轧机主传动整流单元器故障易发,对原有ABB整流器进行改造,分析MD880有源整流替代ABB有源整流的可行性。本文介绍了系统改造方案,MD880硬件配置,并对软件组态中的参数组态设置进行详细说明,通过Profibus-DP通信实现了轧机主控TCS系统与MD880有源整流的控制,从而替代ACS800有源整流,目前系统运行稳定可靠。The main drive rectifier unit of the rolling mill is prone to faults,so the ABB rectifier needs to be modified.Analyze the feasibility of MD880 active rectification replacing ABB active rectification.This article introduces the system renovation plan,MD880 hardware configuration,and provides a detailed explanation of the parameter configuration settings in the software configuration.Through Profibus DP communication,the control of the rolling mill main control TCS system and MD880 active rectification is achieved,replacing ACS800 active rectification.Currently,the system operates stably and reliably.
