摘  要:针对刚果(金)某铜钴矿过渡成矿带的矿石,进行了矿石性质的测试、物相组成分析和重液测试,HLS试验结果表明,本矿样-0.6mm的矿泥含量高,沉物回收率较高,不适宜采用重介质分选。以现有的生产流程为基础,进行浮选验证试验及三个流程探索试验,根据验证结果选择在探索流程图二的基础上开展了闭路试验,最终获得的选矿闭路试验指标为:Cu和Co回收率分别为37.79%和45.06%,浮选精矿Cu和Co的品位分别为16.84%及6.53%。For the transitional zone ore of a copper cobalt mine in Democratic Republic of the Congo,the ore properties were tested,the composition was analyzed and the heavy liquid test was carried out.The results of the HLS test show that the ore sample has a high content of-0.6 mm ore mud and a high sediment recovery rate,and is not suitable for heavy medium separation.Based on the existing operation process,flotation verification and three process explorations were carried out.According to the verified results of options,a closed-circuit test was carried out based on the exploration process flowchart 2,The final test indicators of closed-circuit were:the recovery rates of Cu and Co were 37.79% and 45.06% respectively,and the grades of Cu and Co in the concentrate were 16.84%and 6.53%respectively.
