摘  要:某多金属选矿厂隶属于西北某大型国有企业,目前,矿山八中段以下矿石品位有所升高,且矿石性质发生变化,此外,该选矿厂主体设备老化特别严重,难以通过修补的手段保证安全生产,由此对该选厂进行技术改造。碎矿大型主体设备重新选型设计是此次技改的重中之重,破碎工艺在采用先进可靠工艺技术、高效设备的基础上,积极稳妥地采用先进实用的控制技术,产能从30×104t/a提升至46.2×104t/a,具有非常可观的经济效益,碎矿系统实现高标准、高效率和高效益。A multi-metal concentrator is affiliated to a large state-owned enterprise in northwest China.At present,the ore grade below the eighth and middle section of the mine has been raised,and the ore properties have changed.In addition,the main equipment of the concentrator is aging seriously,it is difficult to ensure safe production by means of repairing,so the technical transformation of the concentrator is carried out.On the basis of adopting advanced and reliable technology and high-efficiency equipment,the crushing technology actively and steadily adopts advanced and practical control technology,the production capacity from 30×104t/a to 46.2×104t/a has considerable economic benefits.The crushing system realizes high standard,high efficiency and high benefit.
