摘　　要：应用波长色散X射线荧光光谱法快速测定脱铜泥中铜、硫、二氧化硅、铅、砷、锑、铋、硒、碲和钡的含量。通过对X荧光测量条件的优化,采用dj方法进行基体校准方式,以及质控管理能够满足生产指标控制的要求。分析结果表明,该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.41%~3.01%,且与通用的容量法测定结果基本一致。The content of copper,sulfur,silica,lead,arsenic,antimony,bismuth,selenium,tellurium and barium in decopper mud was rapidly determined by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Through the optimization of X-ray fluorescence measurement conditions,the dj method for matrix calibration and quality control management can meet the requirements of production index control.The results show that the relative standard deviation of the method is in the range of 0.41%~3.01%,which is basically consistent with that of the general volumetric method.
