某露天矿生产爆破振动传播规律对矿区内设施影响研究

摘　　要：为节约矿山建设资金的投入,缩短工期,确保矿山生产正常接续。矿山拟继续利用现有破碎站设施以及办公生活区,因矿山后续开采范围距破碎站及办公生活区距离不足200m,为确保破碎站和办公生活区的安全性,依据矿山现生产爆破特性开展爆破振动监测及数据回归分析。得出矿山生产爆破振动在破碎站和办公生活区方向的传播规律,进行生产爆破振动对破碎站和办公生活区安全影响分析,结果表明矿山生产爆破振动对破碎站和办公生活区有影响,提出将矿山爆破区域划分为禁止爆破区、控制爆破区,为后续采场境界东扩设计及建设提供技术支撑,可为类似矿山提供参考。In order to save investment in mining construction funds,shorten the construction period,and ensure the normal continuity of mining production.The mine plans to continue utilizing the existing crushing station facilities and office and living areas.As the distance between the mining area and the crushing station and office and living areas is less than 200m,in order to ensure the safety of the crushing station and office and living areas,blasting vibration monitoring and data regression analysis will be carried out based on the current production blasting characteristics of the mine.The propagation law of mining production blasting vibration in the direction of crushing station and office and living area was obtained,and the safety impact of production blasting vibration on crushing station and office and living area was analyzed.The results showed that mining production blasting vibration has an impact on crushing station and office and living area.It is proposed to divide the mining blasting area into prohibited blasting area and controlled blasting area,providing technical support for the design and construction of the eastward expansion of the mining boundary in the future,and providing reference for similar mines.
