摘  要:以复配后的偏硅酸钠和氢氧化钠为碱激发剂,通过改变粉煤灰、矿渣粉及硫铝酸盐水泥的配合比制备碱激发找平材料,研究水胶比、粉煤灰与矿渣粉掺量比值、硫铝酸盐掺量、激发剂掺量及模数对粉煤灰-矿渣粉-硫铝酸盐水泥三元胶凝体系早期强度的影响。研究结果表明,在水胶比0.35、粉煤灰与矿渣粉比值1、硫铝酸盐水泥掺量4.4%、激发剂掺量6.0%及模数1.2时,碱激发粉找平材料具有最佳的早期强度,其抗折、抗压强度分别为4.5MPa和35.8MPa,满足找平要求。Using a composite of sodium metasilicate and sodium hydroxide as an alkaline activator,an alkaline-activated leveling material was prepared by adjusting the mix proportions of fly ash,slag powder,and sulphoaluminate cement.The study investigates the impact of the water-binder ratio,the ratio of fly ash to slag powder,the sulphoaluminate content,the activator dosage,and the modulus on the early strength of the ternary cementitious system of fly ash-slag powder-sulphoaluminate cement.The research results indicate that,under the conditions of a water-binder ratio of 0.35,a fly ash-to-slag powder ratio of 1,a sulphoaluminate cement content of 4.4%,an activator dosage of 6.0%,and a modulus of 1.2,the alkaline-activated leveling material exhibits optimal early strength,with the flexural strength and the compressive strength of 4.5 MPa and 35.8 MPa,respectively,meeting the requirements for leveling applications.
