摘 要:为了研究单一和复合纤维对加气混凝土性能影响,选择了聚乙烯纤维(PE)、玻璃纤维(GF)、复合纤维(PE+GF)进行试验,测试了其对加气混凝土的流动度、干密度、抗压强度、抗折强度以及干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明,单一纤维或者复合纤维都会降低加气混凝土料浆的流动度,增大基体干密度;纤维掺量在0.3wt%时,抗压强度和抗折强度达到最大值;纤维的加入能够有效降低加气混凝土的干燥收缩率,并且复合纤维掺量在0.5wt%时相比对照组减缩效果更加显著,降低12.48%。In order to study the effects of single fiber and composite fiber on the properties of aerated concrete,polyethylene fiber(PE),glass fiber(GF)and composite fiber(PE+GF)were selected to test their effects on the fluidity,dry density,compressive strength,flexographic strength and drying shrinkage properties of aerated concrete.The results show that single fiber or composite fiber can decrease the fluidity of aerated concrete slurry and increase the dry density of matrix.When the fiber content is 0.3wt.%,the compressive strength and flexural strength reach the maximum.The addition of fiber can effectively reduce the drying shrinkage rate of aerated concrete,and the reduction effect of composite fiber content at 0.5wt.%is more significant than that of the control group,which is reduced by 12.48%.
