一种六碳聚羧酸保坍母液的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：本文通过使用乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸为单体,维生素C/双氧水作为引发体系,巯基乙醇作为链转移剂,聚合反应得到一种新型六碳聚羧酸母液LZKZJ-6,并对该产品进行性能试验研究,结果表明:该产品具有使用掺量低、保坍性好、抗压强度高等优点。This article uses ethylene glycol monovinyl polyoxyethylene ether,hydroxyethyl acrylate,and acrylic acid as monomers,vitamin C/hydrogen peroxide as initiator system,and mercaptoethanol as chain transfer agent to obtain a new type of hexagonal polycarboxylate mother liquor LZKZJ-6 through polymerization reaction.Performance tests were conducted on the product.The results show that the product has the advantages of low dosage,good slump resistance,and high compressive strength.
