摘　　要：本文主要介绍某公产房项目解放前大致1930年左右建造的1900余栋,建筑总面积约13万平方米的生土结构房屋的三合土墙存在普遍开裂现象,结合对典型裂缝的检测,并针对三合土墙的材料特性和对裂缝的形成原因及裂缝危险程度作出分析。This paper mainly introduces a public housing project before the liberation of about 1930 built more than 1900,with a total area of about 130,000 square meters of raw soil structure of the tabia wall of the common cracking phenomenon.Combined with the detection of typical cracks.it also analyses the material properties of the tabia wall and the causes of cracks and the degree of risk of cracking.
