摘　　要：水泥物理性能检测是建设工程材料检测中重要的检测项目之一,为解决在水泥净浆或胶砂搅拌过程中存在的物料分散不均匀以及粉尘的扩散污染等问题,本研究提出了一种用于水泥成型的无尘粉料分散装置,用于水泥胶砂成型以及水泥标准稠度用水量的检测,主要由装置基座、储粉盒、运输通道以及搅拌锅防尘盖等部件构成。该装置的应用实现了在搅拌过程中水泥粉料的均匀添加,此外,全封闭的构造方式能有效防止搅拌过程中粉尘的扩散和污染,保障了检测过程的方便快捷和安全环保。The physical properties testing of cement is one of the important testing projects in the construction engineering material testing.In order to solve the problems of uneven material dispersion and dust diffusion and pollution existing in the mixing process of cement slurry or cement mortar,this study proposed a dust-free powder material dispersing device for cement forming,which is used for the forming of cement mortar and the detection of standard consistency water of cement,mainly consisting of device base,powder storage box,transportation channel,and stirring pot dust-proof cover.The application of this device realizes the uniform addition of cement powder during stirring.Addition,the full enclosed structure can effectively prevent the diffusion and pollution of dust during stirring,ensuring the convenience,quickness,and environmental protection of the detection process.
