摘 要:老旧小区改造已成为城市更新和住房改善的紧迫任务,BIM技术为此提供了全新的解决方案。研究分析BIM技术在建筑改造领域的前景、潜力及科学应对改造问题的方法,通过一汽历史文化街区实践案例探究未来发展趋势和创新方向。得到BIM技术的应用需要跨学科的团队合作和政策支持,以充分发挥其潜力。BIM技术在老旧小区住宅改造和创新中具有巨大的前景,将为城市更新和住房改善带来积极的变革。The renovation of old residential areas has become an urgent task for urban renewal and housing improvement,and BIM technology provides a new solution for this.The prospects,potential,and scientific methods of BIM technology in the field of building renovation were studied and analyzed,and the future development trends and innovative directions were explored through practical cases of historical and cultural districts in FAW.The application of BIM technology requires interdisciplinary teamwork and policy support to fully unleash its potential.BIM technology has great potential in the renovation and innovation of old residential areas,and will bring positive changes to urban renewal and housing improvement.
