智能化监测在建筑结构安全施工中的应用研究

摘  要:以山东省莱州市某高程建筑工程为研究对象,建立了建筑结构安全施工智能化监测平台,分析了智能化监测平台各个层级的功能,并以工程实例中钢结构的应力和应变参数为例,对比智能化监测结果和传统人工监测的可靠性和有效性。研究结果表明,搭建的建筑结构安全施工智能监测技平台主要包括5个部分,各层级的联动可实现智能化监测的数据的准确性和安全性;基于传统人工监测的数据结果呈现明显的不连续性,造成监测数据的遗漏,在遇到突发状况是极易导致预警预报失效,危险系数更高;基于建筑安全施工智能化监测结果的数据呈现连续的变化,能够实现对结构的应力和变形趋势进行动态观测,解译精度更高。Taking a certain elevation building project in Laizhou City,Shandong Province as the research object,an intelligent monitoring platform for building structure safety construction was established.The functions of each level of the intelligent monitoring platform were analyzed.Taking the stress and strain parameters of the steel structure in the engineering example as an example,the reliability and effectiveness of intelligent monitoring results and traditional manual monitoring were compared.The research results indicate that the intelligent monitoring technology platform for building structure safety construction mainly includes five parts,and the linkage of each level can achieve the accuracy and safety of intelligent monitoring data;The data results based on traditional manual monitoring show obvious discontinuity,resulting in the omission of monitoring data.In the event of unexpected situations.It is easy to cause warning and forecasting to fail,and the risk factor is higher;Based on the intelligent monitoring results of building safety construction,the data presents continuous changes,which can dynamically observe the stress and deformation trends of the structure and achieve higher interpretation accuracy.
