摘　　要：当前全球显著变暖背景下,采取积极适应气候变化策略,最大程度降低气候变化的影响,已成为当前面临的现实任务和迫切选择。云南省的生态安全重要性与气候敏感性并存,开展适应气候变化工作具有必要性和典型性。基于学者对云南省的气候变化形势预估,总结出云南省将面临干旱、高温热浪等气候风险,识别出云南省适应气候变化工作在产业、水资源、基础设施、生态环境等方面面临问题。未来需建立以降低暴露性和脆弱性为目标的适应框架,着重构建人与自然生命共同体的适应格局,坚持推进以人为本的适应行动,构建协同治理的适应机制。Under the current background of significant global warming,the adaptation to climate change to minimize the impact of climate events has become a practical task and urgent choice.The highly sensitive of the ecological security in Yunnan province to climate change makes it necessary and typical to carry out adaptation to climate change.Based on the prediction of the climate change situation in Yunnan Province,it was summarized that Yunnan Province would face climate risks such as drought,high temperature and heat waves,as well as the critical problems in industry,water resources,infrastructure,ecological environment of adaptation to climate change.In the future,an adaptation framework aimed at reducing exposure and vulnerability should be established.An adaptation pattern of the community between human beings and natural life,adhere to promoting people-centered adaptation actions,and a collaborative governance mechanism to adapt to climate change was needed.
