基于护理质量评价体系的护理模式在CCU患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究基于护理质量评价体系的护理模式在心血管重症监护室(CCU)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年01月-2024年01月我院收治的并于CCU内接受治疗的患者96例,随机分为观察和对照组各48例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用护理质量评价体系的护理模式,干预1个月,对比两组患者住院时间、生存质量、不良心血管事件发生率和满意度的情况。结果观察组CCU入住时间及总住院时间[分别为(4.52±0.83)d、(14.26±3.21)d]均低于对照组[(5.88±1.16)d、(17.86±3.68)d](P<0.05)。观察组西雅图心绞痛调查表(SAQ)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良心血管事件发生率4.17%低于对照组16.67%(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度89.58%高于对照组72.92%(P<0.05)。结论基于护理质量评价体系的护理模式可以缩短CCU患者入住时间和总住院时间,提升生存质量,减少不良心血管事件发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing model based on the nursing quality evaluation system in cardiovascular intensive care unit(CCU)patients.Methods 96 patients admitted to our hospital and treated in CCU from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected,and randomly assigned into twogroups,each with 48 cases.Control group received conventional nursing,based on this,observation group adopted nursing model of the nursing quality evaluation system,and the intervention was conducted for one month.The length of stay,quality of life,incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The CCU stay time and total hospitalization time of the observation group[(4.52±0.83)d,(14.26±3.21)d,respectively]were shorter than those of the control group[(5.88±1.16)d,(17.86±3.68)d](P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events was 4.17%in observation group,which was lower than 16.67%in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction was 89.58%in observation group,which was higher than 72.92%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing model based on the nursing quality evaluation system can shorten the stay time and total hospitalization time of CCU patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,and improve patient satisfaction.
