摘　　要：浙江省不仅存在较多的大中型水利项目,更多的是分布广散的小微型面上水利建设项目。对此,笔者从行业管理的角度指出了质量抽检对水利工程建设的重要性,并以浙江省2017年面上水利建设项目行业现状为基础,通过质量抽检项目选取和抽检内容确定,从质量行为和实体质量两个层面量化评价了全省面上水利建设项目整体情况,并利用抽检成果统计分析了目前浙江省面上水利建设项目存在的问题,提出了差异化监管、重点监督和提升责任主体质量意识等应对措施。Zhejiang province not only has a large number of large and mediumsized water conservancy projects,but more is distributed widely scattered small and micro sized water conservancy construction projects.Hereto,the author points out the importance of quality spot check in the construction of water conservancy projects from the perspective of industry management,and based on the current situat ion of small and micro sized water conservancy construction project in zhejiang province in 2017,through quality spot check project selection and spot check content determination,this paper quantifies the overall situat ion of water conservancy const ruction project from two aspects:quality behavior and physical quality,and analyzes the existing problems of wat er conservancy construction projects in zhejiang province by means of sampling inspection results,and puts forward some countermeasures such as the key supervision of differentiated supervision and the quality consciousness of raising responsibility.
