摘  要:京石段应急供水工程是南水北调中线工程最先施工并通水运行的工程,渠道位于河北省中部,途经石家庄、保定地区的12县市,工程区气候分区属于寒冷区。工程自2008年9月临时通水至今,整体运行良好,为津京冀可持续发展提供了有力的保障,但经逐年历次排查发现渠道冻胀损坏情况较为普遍,且破坏形式、分布区域有一定的特点。根据冻胀破坏的表现形式将其分为冻融剥蚀、冻胀损坏两类,并通过对外部环境、施工条件、施工工艺及衬砌、防渗、排水、防冻胀措施等渠道结构设计等方面因素分析破坏原因,并以此为基础,提出相应的处理措施,从而对其他类似工程设计、施工、管理提供参考。The emergency water supply project in Beijing-Shijiazhuang section is the first construction and w ater-running project in the midroute of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.The channels are located in the central part of Hebei Province and pass through 12 counties and cities in Shijiazhuang and Baoding.The climate zones in the project area belong to the cold zone.Since the temporary water supply in September 2008,the project has been operating well since then and has provided a powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.How ever,it has been found through investigation in previous years that the damage caused by frost heave in the channels is relatively common and the destruction forms and distribution areas are certain specialty.According to the form of frost heave destruction,this paper divides it into two categories:frost-thaw erosion and frost heave damage.Through the design of channel structure suchas external environment,construction conditions,construction technology and lining,seepage prevention,drainage and frost heave prevention measures Factor analysis of the causes of damage,and based on this,put forward the corresponding treatment measures,so as to provide reference for other similar engineering design,construction and management.
