摘  要:水利工程质量检测是保障工程建设质量的重要方法与手段,也是水利工程质量管理中的一个重要环节。工程质量检测对于验证工程质量、控制施工工艺、推动技术进步起到极为重要的作用。浙江省水利工程质量检测行业存在检测机构数量少、检测行为不规范、检测人员缺失及行业监管滞后等诸多问题。对此,笔者从分析浙江省水利工程质量检测发展的现状入手,研究检测行业存在的主要问题及相关原因,并针对存在的问题提出强化制度建设、建立行业协会、运用互联网+手段对检测行业进行管理的对策,为浙江省水利工程检测行业的发展提供参考和相关建议。The quality inspection of water conservancy project is an important method and means to guarantee the quality of engineering construction and also an important link in the quality management of water conservancy projects.Engineering quality in-spection plays an extremely important role in verifying engineering quality,controlling construction technology and promoting technological progress.Zhejiang water conservancy project quality testing industry has many problems suchas few testing unit,irregular detection behavior and industry supervision lagetc.Hereto,the author starts from the analysis of the development of Zhejiang water conservancy project,researches the main problems and related reasons of the testing industry.And in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forw ard the countermeasures and suggestions of strengt hening system construction,establishing industry association,using Internet+means to manage the detection industry,provides reference and relevant suggestions for the development of zhejiang water conservancy engineering testing industry.
