摘  要:通过分析堤防道路特点和与普通道路在功能、交通环境和设计技术的差异,提出了主要设计指标与功能相适应、兼顾防洪与交通服务、与沿线环境相协调、丰富断面形式、体现滨水特色的设计思路。利用堤防道路的功能分类,参照道路设计相关规范,给出了不同类型堤防道路的设计速度,以及对堤线急弯和最小纵坡的设计方法。堤防道路横断面应根据道路功能采用整体对称式、分离式或不对称的设计;分析堤防道路平面交叉和立体交叉的特点和适用性,提出了下挖河堤路的立交设计方案;根据堤顶路排水特点,提出了堤防道路雨水口排水、降低人行道漫流排水、路侧带开口集中排水和绿化带排水四种排水设计方案和适用性。According to the difference between levee road and common road in function,traffic environment and design technique,the paper puts forw ard the design thoughts:the main design index adapts to function,design gives consideration to both flood control and traffic service,engineering coordinates with the environment,the various forms of cross section is adopted,the plan embodies the characteristics of the waterfront.By the functional classification of the levee road,design speed for different types of levee road is given according to road design specifications.Also the design method of sharp dike and minimum longitudinal slope are proposed.The levee road adopts three common forms cross section of symmetry,separation and non symmetry based on the road function.The characteristic and applicability of intersection and interchange for levee road is analyzed,and underpass scheme is proposed.The paper analyzes the charact eristics of levee road pavement drainage,introduces four ways of drainage:the storm water inlet,low ering sidew alk,opening roadside belt and greenbelt drainage.
