物流效率评价及影响因素分析——来自成渝双城经济圈的证据

摘　　要：物流业作为事关国民经济的基础产业,其能够高效、协调地发展对于我国的经济发展具有至关重要的意义。本文利用SBM-DEA模型对2011—2020年成渝双城经济圈内16个地区的物流效率进行测度,然后采用Malmquist指数法对物流业全要素生产率水平进行测度,并分析其时空演变特征,最后利用Tobit回归分析物流综合技术效率的影响因素。结果表明:成渝双城经济圈物流效率整体偏低,且呈“S”型波动,整体浮动比例较大,各地区效率高低差异明显;各地区物流效率整体呈上升态势,主要依赖综合技术效率的提升,而综合技术效率的提升,又主要依赖纯技术效率的提升;各地区物流TFP空间分布较为随机,未形成明显的区域聚集;经济发展水平和区位因素与物流效率水平呈现显著的正相关关系,产业结构指数和成渝双城经济圈物流水平呈现负相关关系。对外开放程度、人才培养投入和成渝双城经济圈物流水平无显著相关关系。Logistics is a basic industry concerning national economy,and its efficient and coordinated development is of great significance to China's economic development.This paper uses the SBM-DEA model to measure the logistics efficiency of 16 regions within the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from 2011 to 2020,then adopts the Malmquist index method to measure the total factor productivity level of the logistics industry,and analyzes its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics.Finally,Tobit regression is used to analyze the influencing factors of logistics comprehensive technical efficiency.The results show that:Overall,the logistics efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is low,and shows an “S” type fluctuation,the overall floating ratio is large,and the efficiency of each region is different.The overall logistics efficiency of all regions is showing an upward trend,which mainly depends on the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency,and the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency mainly depends on the improvement of pure technical efficiency.The spatial distribution of logistics TFP in each region is relatively random,with no obvious regional aggregation observed.The level of economic development and location factors have a significant positive correlation with the level of logistics efficiency,while the industrial structure index is negatively correlated with the logistics level in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.There is no significant correlation between the degree of openness,investment in talent training,and the logistics level in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
