摘　　要：目的调查喉癌术后佩戴金属套管患者气道湿化管理现状,为建立科学、可靠的气道湿化管理模式提供依据。方法2023年8~11月对54所三级甲等医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护士长进行问卷调查,并对5名护士长进行半结构式访谈。结果问卷调查结果显示:临床多采用间歇氧气雾化吸入和间歇气道滴药相结合的方式进行气道湿化;湿化液以生理盐水为主;湿化液加温临床实施不佳;环境温湿度及气道湿化总量要求存在较大差异;效果评价主要依据痰液性状。访谈结果显示:临床缺乏气道湿化管理统一标准,解决现存问题、发掘创新方向、提升专科护士能力是规范管理的关键。结论喉癌术后佩戴金属套管患者气道湿化亟需统一管理规范。Objective To investigate the current status of airway humidification management in patients wearing metal cannula after laryngeal cancer surgery,and to provide a basis for establishing a scientific and reliable airway humidification management model.Methods From August to November 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the head nurses of otolaryngology,head and neck surgery in 54 tertiary hospitals,and a semi-structured interview was conducted with 5 head nurses.Results The results of the questionnaire showed that intermittent oxygen atomization and intermittent airway drip humidification were commonly used in clinical practice.The humidification solution is mainly normal saline.The clinical practice of humidifying fluid heating is not good.There are great differences in the requirements of ambient temperature and humidity and the total amount of airway humidification.The effect evaluation was mainly based on the characteristics of sputum.The interview showed that there was a lack of unified standards for airway humidification management in clinical practice.The key to standardized management was to solve existing problems,explore innovative directions,and improve the ability of specialist nurses.Conclusion The management of airway humidification for patients wearing metal cannula after laryngeal cancer surgery needs to be unified.
