摘  要:随着互联系统规模和复杂度增大,区域间弱阻尼低频振荡是影响系统安全稳定的关键因素。通过发电机有功定向调制改善区域间模式阻尼时,准确定位调控机组及估计调控量是实现高效阻尼调控的关键。以环境激励下随机响应数据为基础,首先利用该文提出的递推子空间动态模式分解方法(recursive subspace dynamic mode decomposition,Re-SDMD)在线提取递归模态参与因子(recursive mode participation factor,ReMPF),在线跟踪系统运行动态并量化发电机有功输出与模式阻尼之间关系,准确定位提升弱阻尼模式的关键调控机组。其次,在评估小干扰稳定约束下区域间最大传输功率基础上,精准估计提升系统阻尼至小干扰稳定安全边界所需的最小有功调制量,进而设计了参调发电机组有功调制量最优分配方案。在此基础上,构建完全数据驱动化基于发电机有功精准调制的互联电网阻尼提升策略。IEEE 16机5区域系统和某实际电网仿真分析,验证该文所提方法的可行性和有效性。With the increase of scale and complexity of the interconnected power systems,the interarea low-frequency oscillation with the poor damping is the key factor affecting the security and stability of the power system.When the damping level of the power system is enhanced by the generation rescheduling,accurate selection of the regulated generator and estimation of the rescheduling amount are the key to achieve efficient damping control.First,based on the ambient data,recursive mode participation factor(ReMPF)is extracted online using the recursive subspace dynamic mode decomposition method proposed in this paper.The online tracking results accurately quantify the relationship between the generator active power and mode damping,then the key rescheduled generators can be located.On the basis of the estimation of the maximum interarea transmission power under the small signal stability(SSS)constraints,the required minimum rescheduling amount capable of enhancing the weakly damped mode to SSS security boundary is estimated,and then the optimal distribution scheme of rescheduling amount of the rescheduled generator are designed.Based on the selected candidate generators and the total re-dispatching amounts,a fully data-driven damping enhancement strategy based on the precise modulation of generator active power is further developed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the simulation analysis of IEEE 16-machine 5-area system and an actual power grid.
