摘 要:随着我国高压直流线路投运数量增加,直流送受端故障传递问题显现,对送受端电网安全稳定运行造成严重影响,然而现有直流规划研究对送受端故障传递问题缺乏考虑。为此,该文提出一种应对送受端故障传递的直流落点优选指标及送受端落点优选方法。首先,分析交直流叠加交互作用下的送受端故障传递过程,提出反映交直流叠加交互的交直流叠加交互因子和交直流短路比,从交流节点角度反映规划直流对送受端整体性和干扰性的影响;其次,提出反映送受端近区能源稳定性的送受端近区稳定系数、反映送受端故障传递程度的多直流功率冲击能量和模糊指标换相失败脉冲频次;然后,构建一种基于Vague集满意度界限改进的直流送受端落点优选方法,实现对优选指标的准确处理;最后,基于西北-华东互联多直流送受端电网进行仿真分析,验证该文所提指标和方法能从规划层面有效缓解送受端故障传递问题。As the number of HVDC projects grows,the issue of fault transfer between the sending and receiving ends of DC has arisen,significantly impacting the safe and stable operation of the grid.However,the traditional DC planning has not considered the fault transfer between sending and receiving ends.Therefore,this paper proposes optimization indices and methods for DC terminal location considering the fault transfer between the sending and receiving ends.First,the fault transfer process under AC-DC superposition interaction is analyzed,the AC-DC superposition interaction factor(ADSIF)and AC-DC short-circuit ratio(ADSCR)are proposed to reflect the AC-DC superposition interaction,and the influence of planned DC on the integrity and interference of the sending-and receiving-side grid is reflected from the perspective of AC nodes.Next,the sending-and receiving-side near-zone stability factor(SRNSF)reflecting the energy stability of the DC terminal location near-zone is proposed,and the multi-DC power impulse energy reflecting the fault transfer degree between sending and receiving ends is presented,as well as the fuzzy index commutation failure pulse frequency(CFPF).Then,an optimization method based on Vague set satisfaction boundaries improvement is proposed to realize accurate processing of optimization indices.Finally,simulation analysis is carried out based on the Northwest-East China interconnected multi-DC power grid,which verifies that the indices and methods proposed in this paper can effectively alleviate the fault transfer between sending and receiving ends in the planning level.
