摘 要:柔性直流输电系统链路延时是导致换流站输出阻抗在高频段存在负阻尼的根本原因,诱发不同频率的高频振荡。针对多频率高频振荡产生机理与抑制问题,该文首先建立换流站适用于高频区域的正负序阻抗模型,阐述负阻尼效应产生机理,分析单个有源阻尼控制器策略在多频率高频振荡抑制方面的不适用性;其次,首次采用阻抗实部余弦函数相位数学表征方法,揭示阻尼抑制策略改变阻抗特性以及负阻尼效应频率区域转移机理,给出阻尼控制策略不能在高频段将换流站阻抗大范围重塑为正阻尼特性的结论;再次,针对多个高频振荡风险区域抑制需求,提出分频有源阻尼协调抑制策略,分析该策略对阻抗实部余弦函数相位特性的影响以及参数之间的约束关系;最后,基于多个高频区域分频抑制需求,研究分频阻尼控制器参数选择范围解析计算方法与表达式,给出适用于交流系统多工况运行的分频阻尼控制器参数,并对其有效性进行电磁暂态仿真验证。Time delay of MMC-HVDC is the essence for the negative damping effects of output impedance in high frequency ranges,which induces resonances at different high frequencies.To reveal the mechanism and solve the problems of such resonances,the positive-and negative sequence impedance models of MMC applied for high frequency region are established firstly.And then,the mechanism of negative damping effect has been elaborated as well as the inapplicability of single active damping controller for high frequency resonances suppression is analyzed.Secondly,the phase mathematical representation method of cosine function of impedance real part is used for the first time to reveal the mechanism of damping suppression strategy on how to change impedance characteristics and transfer the negative damping effect frequency regions.It is concluded that damping control cannot reshape the impedance of MMC into positive damping characteristics in high frequency range.Thirdly,an active damping with coordinated frequency division concept is proposed to address the suppression requirements of multiple high frequency resonance risk regions.The impact of this strategy on the phase characteristics of cosine function of impedance real part and the constraint relationships between parameters are analyzed.Finally,based on the demands for frequency division suppression in multiple high frequency regions,the analytical calculation method and expressions for the parameters’selection ranges of the frequency division damping controller are presented.The parameters of damping controller suitable for multiple operating conditions of AC systems are given,and their effectiveness is verified through electromagnetic transient simulation models.
