摘 要:在软土地质区,风机吊装时起重机对吊装平台地基要求较高,地基处理方案关系到工程的质量、进度和成本。对常用的风机吊装平台软弱地基处理方案的特点及适用条件进行了分析,并通过湖区平原风电项目施工建设实例,分析得出在砂石料匮乏地区采用石灰土换填对风机吊装平台软弱地基进行加固处理,能有效提高风机吊装平台地基承载力,满足风机吊装要求,还提出了石灰土换填地基处理施工工艺流程,为类似工程地基处理提供参考借鉴。In the soft soil geological area,the crane has higher requirements for the foundation of the hoisting platform when the wind turbine is hoisted,and the foundation treatment method is related to the quality,progress and cost of the project.In this paper,the characteristics and applicable conditions of common method for treating the soft foundation of wind turbine hoisting platform are analyzed,and through the construction example of lake plain wind Farm,it is concluded that the soft foundation of wind turbine hoisting platform can be strengthened by replacing lime soil in areas where sand and gravel are scarce,which can effectively improve the foundation bearing capacity of wind turbine hoisting platform and meet the requirements of wind turbine hoisting.The construction process of foundation treatment by lime soil replacement is put forward,which provides reference for similar projects.
