摘 要:住宅工程中传统烟道一般采用成品烟道,烟道壁厚薄,抗冲击能力差,在运输及安装中极易损坏开裂,烟道的根部和侧面易产生渗漏。在铝模技术全面推广应用的背景下,针对此问题,可对传统的烟道采用壁厚较厚的钢筋混凝土板代替成品烟道,可采用现浇或装配的施工方式,提升烟道壁结构的工程质量,期望对住宅工程烟道防漏、易破等质量问题的解决有一定的借鉴、参考作用。Traditional flues in residential engineering generally use finished flues,which have thin walls and poor impact resistance.They are easily damaged and cracked during transportation and installation,and the roots and sides of the flue are prone to leakage.In the context of the comprehensive promotion and application of aluminum mold technology,to address this issue,traditional flues can be replaced with thick reinforced concrete slabs instead of finished flues.Construction methods such as cast-in-place or assembly can be used to improve the engineering quality of the flue wall structure.It is hoped that the solution to quality problems such as leakage prevention and easy breakage of residential engineering flues has certain reference and reference value.
