摘 要:随着城市化进程的加速,超高层公共建筑日益成为现代都市的标志。然而,这类建筑的高度、复杂性和高密度人流特征,也给消防安全带来了前所未有的挑战。以某320m超高层综合体项目为例,系统分析了超高层公共建筑消防电气设计中面临的关键技术问题,重点探讨了电源系统可靠性这一核心议题。通过深入剖析工程实践中遇到的具体难题,结合国家相关规范,提出了基于分区供电、多重冗余、智能监控和新型技术应用的综合解决方案。研究表明,采用多重冗余设计、双回路供电、智能电力监控系统和新型供电技术等措施,可显著提升超高层建筑消防电气系统的可靠性和性能,提高超高层公共建筑的消防电气设计的整体安全水平。With the acceleration of urbanization,ultra-high-rise public buildings have become a symbol of modern cities.However,the height,complexity,and high density of people in these buildings also bring unprecedented challenges to fire safety.Taking a 320-meter ultra-high-rise integrated building project as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the key technical problems faced in the fire electrical design of ultra-high-rise public buildings,focusing on the core issue of power system reliability.By deeply analyzing the specific problems encountered in engineering practice and combining relevant national standards and requirements,a comprehensive solution based on zoning power supply,multiple redundancies,intelligent monitoring,and the application of new technologies is proposed.The study shows that measures such as multiple redundancies,dual-circuit power supply,intelligent power monitoring systems,and new power supply technologies can significantly improve the reliability and performance of ultra-high-rise building fire electrical systems.It is hoped that the results of this study provide valuable references for the fire electrical design of ultra-high-rise public buildings and comtribute to improving the overall safety level of such buildings.
