物化蒸发冷凝水活性炭吸附处理研究

摘  要:针对物化蒸发冷凝水COD高、后续生化处理负荷大的问题,采用活性炭对其进行吸附处理,对静态吸附和动态吸附条件对物化蒸发冷凝水COD去除率的影响展开研究。研究结果表明,静态吸附的最优条件是活性炭加入量0.5%、吸附时间90 min、吸附温度60℃、搅拌速度200 r/min、水样pH值为5。在该条件下,COD的去除率可达43.61%;动态吸附实验表明,升流式和降流式对COD的去除效果相差不大,COD的去除效果与料液在活性炭层中的停留时间高度相关,停留时间越长,越有利于COD的去除。In view of the high COD content of physicochemical evaporation condensate,which will cause the heavy load on subsequent biochemical treatment,this paper adopts activated carbon for the adsorption treatment,and mainly studies the effects of static adsorption and dynamic adsorption conditions on the COD removal rate of physicochemical evaporation condensate.The results show that the optimal static adsorption conditions are activated carbon content of 0.5%,adsorption time of 90 min,adsorption temperature of 60℃,stirring speed of 200 r/min,pH value of 5.Under these conditions,the removal rate of COD can reach 43.61%.The dynamic adsorption experiment shows that there is little difference between up-flow and down-flow on COD removal effect,and the removal effect of COD is closely related to the residence time of the liquid in the activated carbon layer,and the longer the residence time,the higher the COD removal rate.
