摘  要:随着数字化技术的发展,BIM现已成为提升水利工程计量支付精准性和合理性的关键工具。鉴于国内水利工程普遍面临线路长、覆盖广、管理复杂等挑战,以及计量支付监控手段不足和人工计算错误的问题,以罗田水库—铁岗水库的输水隧洞工程为案例,深入探讨了基于BIM技术的计量支付系统中的模型标准化、算量计算和支付流程。应用BIM技术,旨在提升造价准确性,确保成本控制的科学性与合理性,优化计量管理流程,提高水利工程的计量支付效率,推动工程管理向智能化发展,从而提高项目的整体质量和效益。With the development of digital technology,BIM has become a key tool for improving the accuracy and rationality of water conservancy engineering measurement and payment.Given the challenges faced by domestic water conservancy projects,such as long lines,wide coverage,and complex management,as well as insufficient monitoring methods for measurement and payment and manual calculation errors,this paper takes the water conveyance tunnel project from Luotian Reservoir to Tiegang Reservoir as a case study to explore in depth the standardization of models,calculation of quantities,and payment processes in a BIM based measurement and payment system.The application of BIM technology aims to improve cost accuracy,ensure the scientificity and rationality of cost control,optimize the measurement management process,improve the measurement and payment efficiency of water conservancy projects,promote the intelligent development of engineering management,and thus improve the overall quality and efficiency of the project.
