河源市2024年城镇建设土地利用计划管理方案研究

摘　　要：为确保土地利用的规范性和生态保护的持续性,河源市2024年度第十三批次城镇建设用地项目展开分析。基于相关审查报告,分析了项目涉及的土地利用现状及规划方案,重点探讨了源城区源南镇榄坝村的集体土地转为建设用地的技术方案,并对项目是否符合国土空间规划进行了评估。研究结果表明,完善土地利用规划可以让河源市城镇建设规划获得有效的技术支持和合规保障,为城乡可持续发展奠定基础。This study focused on the 13 th batch of urban construction land projects in Heyuan City in 2024,based on the relevant review report,analyzed the land use status and planning scheme involved in the project.This paper focuses on the technical scheme of transforming the collective land of Lanba village,Yuannan Town,Yuancheng District into construction land,and evaluates the conformity of the project in the national space planning.For its illegal land rectification,land scale and use design,ecological protection red line compliance review and cultivated land protection and land access balance,this paper combined with land use plan management regulations,put forward suggestions for further optimization of urban construction land in Heyuan City,providing technical support for urban construction planning.
