数据赋能在列车运行控制系统安全管理中的探索与实践

摘　　要：列车运行控制系统是保障列车安全运行,提高运输效率的重要行车装备。北京局管辖10余条高铁客专线路和320余列动车组,列车运行控制设备众多,安全压力较大。为进一步提升列控系统安全管控能力,在总结归纳近年维护管理经验的基础上,坚持问题和目标导向,提出数据赋能思路:制定相关规章制度,明确数据分析、信息管理、问题追踪、应急处置等方面的职责要求,不断深挖数据潜能;深化车地联合分析,推进数据资源跨专业共享共用,有效处置结合部问题,深入破解单专业设备维护难题;实行专项数据分析,推进设备的精细化维护管理;不断完善数据变更审核,杜绝数据错误带来的风险。北京局多措并举,进一步提升列控系统安全管控能力,效果初步显现,为列控系统相关设备的维护管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。The Chinese Train Control System(CTCS)is an important equipment for ensuring safe operation of trains and improving transportation efficiency.Beijing Railway Bureau(BRB)has jurisdiction over more than 10 high-speed railway passenger dedicated lines and 320 high-speed trains and faces high safety pressure in managing numerous CTCS equipment.To further enhance the train control system's safety control capabilities,it sums up the experience of maintenance and management in recent years and proposes a data empowerment approach by adhering to problem and goal orientation.BRB continuously taps into the potential of data by formulating regulations and systems and clarifying responsibilities and requirements of data analysis,information management,problem tracking,and emergency response.It addresses the problems of joint parts effectively and tackles the in-depth maintenance difficulties of single specialty equipment by deepening vehicle-ground joint analysis and promoting cross-discipline sharing and utilization of data resources.BRB promotes fine maintenance and management of equipment through the implementation of special data analysis and eliminates the risks caused by data errors by continuously improving data change audits.BRB has taken multiple measures simultaneously to further improve the safety control ability of CTCS and initially achieves positive results,providing a certain reference for the maintenance and management of equipment related to CTCS.
