摘　　要：为减少现场有源应答器故障发生概率,保证列控地面设备运用稳定,也为列控设备维护部门维修及故障处理积累经验,根据现场一起有源应答器发送默认报文故障案例,结合动车组运行数据、列控中心维护终端数据的分析比对,通过现场故障模拟、调查等方式,对有源应答器防雷器件结构、安装方式,以及电路原理等关键环节进行深入分析,发现浪涌保护器串/并联在有源应答器主干传输电缆通道中存在的安全隐患。由于现场电缆绝缘测试作业容易造成应答器浪涌保护器击穿,导致有源应答器报文传输异常,故提出从规章制度、防雷器件源头等层面明确卡控措施,提高报文传输通道稳定性和报文质量。To reduce the probability of active balise faults on site,ensure the stable operation of lineside train control equipment,and also accumulate experience in maintenance and troubleshooting for the train control equipment maintenance department,the paper studies a fault case of an active balise sending default telegram on the site.Based on the analysis and comparison of the operation data of the EMU and the maintenance terminal data of the train control center,on-site fault simulation and investigations,it makes in-depth analysis on key links of the active balise,such as the lightning protection device configuration,installation method,and circuit principle and identifies a safety hazard in the series/parallel connection of surge protectors in the main transmission cable channel of the active balises.On-site cable insulation testing operations can easily cause breakdown of surge protectors in the balises,leading to abnormal transmission of active balise telegrams.Therefore,it is proposed to take specific control measures such as establishing rules and regulations and ensuring quality of lightning protection products from the source to improve the stability and quality of telegram transmission channels.
