乡村振兴背景下《乡镇企业法》的现状及展望

摘　　要：《乡镇企业法》自颁行以来,虽然曾为促进乡镇企业的发展作出过历史性贡献,但长期未进行修改,其内容与社会发展现状脱节,且功能与《乡村振兴促进法》等法律存在趋同,难以满足乡村振兴战略的时代需求,以至于近年来废止之声渐高。建议将《乡镇企业法》纳入立法修订计划,以期促进乡镇企业进一步发展,助力乡村振兴战略更好实施。Since its promulgation,“The Township Enterprise Law”has made historical contributions to the development of township enterprises.However,it has not been revised for a long time,leading to a disconnection between its content and the current state of social development.Additionally,its functions are similar to those of other laws such as“The Rural Revitalization Promotion Law”,making it difficult to meet the contemporary demands of the rural revitalization strategy.Consequently,calls for its repeal have been increasing in recent years.It is recommended to include“The Township Enterprise Law”in the legislative amendment plan to promote the further development of township enterprises and better implement the rural revitalization strategy.
