摘　　要：为真实全面了解高校大学生学业规划情况,文章通过对196名在校大学生访谈调研,从大学生自身、师资队伍、高校三个维度着手,深入剖析新时代大学生学业规划指导中存在的问题。结果表明:学生学习内动力不足、规划能力不够、发展目标不明,师资队伍人员配备不足、专业能力不够、服务水平不高,高校重视程度不够、体系尚未健全、保障措施不到位。进而提出立足于完善“网+课+档案”实施步骤、加强指导队伍建设、健全高校学业规划体系等建议思考,探索提升新时代大学生学业规划指导工作实效的创新路径。In order to gain a true and comprehensive understanding of the academic planning situation of college students,this article conducts interviews with 196 enrolled students,analyzing the issues in academic planning guidance from three dimensions:the students themselves,the faculty,and the universities.The results indicate that students lack intrinsic motivation for learning,insufficient planning abilities,and unclear development goals;the faculty is inadequately staffed,lacks professional competence,and has a low service level;universities do not place enough emphasis on this issue,the system has not yet been established,and support measures are inadequate.Consequently,the article proposes suggestions for improvement based on enhancing the implementation steps of the“Internet+Courses+Archives”model,strengthening the construction of the guidance team,and perfecting the academic planning system in universities,exploring innovative paths to enhance the effectiveness of academic planning guidance for college students in the new era.
