摘 要:4-正丙基苯甲醛(C_(10)H_(12)O)是重要的医药合成中间体,目前主要的生产方式是从草果中提取,因此,亟需开发一种高效、绿色、安全的有机合成生产工艺.该研究以4-正丙基苯甲酸为原料,经酯化、还原、氧化三步反应合成4-正丙基苯甲醛.通过核磁和红外光谱对自合成的样品进行定性分析,通过气相色谱对4-正丙基苯甲醛和中间体进行定量分析,确定标准样品和中间体的结构和纯度.同时,进一步对合成工艺的反应参数进行优化,并推测反应机理.经条件优化后的三步最高产率分别为95.2%、91.0%和66.7%,整条工艺路线总产率为57.8%.4-Propylbenzaldehyde(C_(10)H_(12)O)is an important intermediate for pharmaceutical.At present,the primary manufacturing technique is extraction from Tsaoko.Therefore,it is urgent to develop an efficient,environmentally friendly and secure production process.In this research,4-propylbenzoic acid was utilized as the raw material,through a sequence of three procedures,which is esterification,reduction,and oxidation reaction to achieve the final product.The products were qualitatively analyzed by IR and 1H-NMR,and quantitatively analyzed by GC.The structure and purity of the standard samples and the intermediate samples were determined.In addition,we optimized the reaction parameters of the synthesis process and speculated the corresponding reaction mechanism.Following the optimized conditions,the best yield of the three-step reaction were 95.2%,91.0%and 66.7%respectively,and the overal yield of the whole process route was 57.8%.
