摘 要:试验旨在比较胎牛血清和新牛血清的生理、生化指标差异。选择品种为荷斯坦牛、健康无病、营养状况良好的8月龄胎母牛供体和出生14 h未进食新生牛(体重相近)各5头,无菌采集血清,直接观察血清外观特征(色泽、浓度),并检测血清内毒素含量、渗透压及血清生化指标。结果显示,胎牛和新生牛血清内毒素含量及渗透压均符合标准。胎牛和新生牛血清肌酐(CREA)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)及尿酸(UA)的变异系数较高,离散程度较大;白蛋白(ALB)变异系数低,离散程度小。胎牛血清CREA、UA含量均极显著高于新生牛(P<0.01),总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)含量及GGT活性极显著低于新生牛(P<0.01)。研究表明,胎牛血清和新生牛血清生理指标差别不明显,通过部分生化指标可判别出胎牛血清或是新生牛血清。The aim of this experiment was to compare the physiological and biochemical indexes of fetal and neonatal bovine serum.Serum was collected aseptically from five healthy,healthy and nutrition-free 8-month-old female cows of Holstein breed and 5 newborn cows(with similar body weight)who did not eat at 14 h after birth.Serum appearance characteristics(color and concentration)were directly observed,and serum endotoxin content,osmotic pressure and serum biochemical indexes were detected.The results showed that the serum endotoxin content and osmotic pressure of fetal and newborn cattle were in line with the standard.The coefficient of variation of creatinine(CREA),gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT)and uric acid(UA)in fetal and newborn cattle was higher,and the degree of dispersion was larger.The coefficient of variation of albumin(ALB)is low and the degree of dispersion is small.Serum CREA and UA contents of fetal cattle were extremely higher than those of newborn cattle(P<0.01),total protein(TP),globulin(GLB)contents and GGT activity were extremely lower than those of newborn cattle(P<0.01).The results show that there is no obvious difference in physiological indexes between fetal and newborn bovine serum.Some biochemical indexes can distinguish fetal bovine serum or newborn bovine serum.
