摘 要:试验旨在评定成熟期海德高丹草在辽宁绒山羊中的饲用价值。试验测定高丹草营养成分和CNCPS组分,采用尼龙袋法测定了高丹草主要营养物质在辽宁绒山羊瘤胃内的降解特性,并进行了粗饲料分级指数(GI)计算。结果显示:高丹草中总能(GE)为15.92 MJ/kg,粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(Ash)的含量分别为14.94%、2.00%、42.85%、73.58%、38.40%、8.95%。高丹草碳水化合物(CHO)、快速降解碳水化合物(CA)、中速降解碳水化合物(CB1)、慢速降解碳水化合物(CB2)、不可降解碳水化合物(CC)含量分别为74.29%、1.87%、8.42%、61.77%、27.93%,非蛋白氮(PA)、快速降解真蛋白(PB1)、中速降解真蛋白(PB2)、慢速降解真蛋白(PB3)、不可被降解蛋白(PC)含量分别为29.59%、6.23%、17.76%、23.77%、22.65%。高丹草在辽宁绒山羊瘤胃中DM、CP、CF、NDF、ADF的有效降解率分别为42.78%、50.20%、42.41%、40.74%、39.40%。高丹草的GI为2.37,属于第3级。研究表明,高丹草可被辽宁绒山羊采食利用,属于中等品质粗饲料。The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the feeding value of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids in Liaoning cashmere goats.The nutritional components and CNCPS of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids were determined.The degradation characteristics of the main nutrients of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids in the rumen of Liaoning cashmere goats were determined by nylon bag method,and the roughage grading index(GI)was calculated.The results show:The total energy(GE)in sorghum-sudangrass hybrids was 15.92 MJ/kg,The contents of crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and crude Ash(Ash)were 14.94%,2.00%,42.85%,73.58%,38.40%and 8.95%,respectively.The contents of carbohydrate(CHO),fast degrading carbohydrate(CA),medium degrading carbohydrate(CB1),slow degrading carbohydrate(CB2)and non-degradable carbohydrate(CC)were 74.29%,1.87%,8.42%,61.77%,and 27.93%,respectively.The contents of non-protein nitrogen(PA),rapidly degraded true protein(PB1),moderately degraded true protein(PB2),slowly degraded true protein(PB3)and non-degradable egg(PC)were 29.59%,6.23%,17.76%,23.77%,and 22.65%,respectively.The effective degradation rates of DM,CP,CF,NDF,and ADF in the rumen of Liaoning cashmere goats were 42.78%,50.20%,42.41%,40.74%,and 39.40%,respectively.The GI of the sorghum-sudangrass hybrids was 2.37,which was grade three.The results showed that sorghum-sudangrass hybrids could be used by Liaoning cashmere goats and belonged to medium quality roughage.
