新疆石河子宠物源大肠杆菌耐药表型和基因型分析

摘  要:为了解石河子市宠物源大肠杆菌耐药现状及耐药基因携带情况,研究收集犬猫肛拭子56份进行大肠杆菌分离培养。采用微量肉汤稀释法测定分离株对16种常用抗菌药物的最小抑菌浓度,并用PCR检测其耐药基因携带情况。结果显示:共分离得到50株大肠杆菌(分离率89.29%),其中,50株分离株对氨苄西林的耐药情况最严重(耐药率:52.0%);对氧氟沙星等10种药物表现不同程度的耐药,耐药率为10.0%~38.0%。耐药基因检测结果显示,四环素类(tetK、tetM)、β-内酰胺类(blaCTX-M、blaFOX)和磺胺类(sul2)检出率均在30.0%以上。研究表明,石河子市宠物源大肠杆菌多重耐药现象普遍存在,因耐药基因的产生和传播机制复杂,其传播风险需进一步探索和评估。In order to understand the status of drug resistance and drug resistance gene carrying of pet-derived Escherichia coli in Shihezi city,56 anal swabs from dogs and cats were collected for isolation and culture of Escherichia coli.The minimum inhibitory concentration of the isolates against 16 commonly used antibiotics was determined by microbroth dilution method,and the carrying status of drug resistance genes was detected by PCR.The results showed that a total of 50 Escherichiacoli isolates were isolated(89.29%),among which 50 isolates were the most resistant to ampicillin(52.0%).There were different degree of resistance to 10 kinds of drugs,such as ofloxacin,and the resistance rate was 10.0%~38.0%.The results of drug resistance gene detection showed that the detection rates of tetracycline(tetK,tetM),β-lactams(blaCTX-M,blaFOX)and sulfonamides(sul2)were all above 30.0%.The results show that multiple drug resistance is common in pet-derived Escherichiacoliin Shihezi.Due to the complex generation and transmission mechanism of drug resistance genes,the transmission risk needs to be further explored and evaluated.
