摘　　要：泌尿系统常见疾病包括感染性疾病、结石性疾病、肿瘤性疾病及囊肿、结核性疾病等。本文根据临床常见疾病类型,对泌尿系感染、泌尿系结石以及泌尿系肿瘤等国内外相关动物模型的研究进行了较为全面的综述并分析了各自的优缺点,为泌尿系统疾病的基础研究、药物筛选及研发提供参考依据。Common diseases of the urinary system include infectious diseases,calculous diseases,neoplastic diseases,cysts,and tuberculosis diseases.This article provides a comprehensive review of domestic and international studies on animal models related to urinary tract infection,urinary calculi and urinary tract tumors based on prevalent clinical disease types.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each model to offer a reference for fundamental research,drug screening and development of urinary system diseases.
