摘　　要：标准是国际合作、互联互通的通用语言。中国油气领域标准“走出去”对于促进国际能源合作、提升中国石油企业国际竞争力等方面具有积极作用和重要意义。通过梳理分析世界石油工业标准现状,针对中国油气领域标准在海外应用推广难点,结合中国石油企业标准化国际实践,探索研究中国油气领域标准“走出去”方法,提出6条路径建议,包括加强技术创新与标准化建设、完善国际化运营模式、践行标准联通共建“一带一路”、加强品牌建设与市场推广、加强国际合作与交流、海外项目协同推进中国标准本地化应用。Standards are the universal language for international cooperation and connectivity.The“going global”of Chinese standards in petroleum industry plays a positive role and is of great signifi cance in promoting international energy cooperation and enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese petroleum enterprises.Through sorting and analyzing the status of worldwide standards in petroleum industry,focusing on the diffi culties of overseas application and promotion of Chinese standards in petroleum industry,and combining the international practice of standardization of Chinese petroleum enterprises,this paper explores and studies the method of the“going global”of Chinese standards in petroleum industry,and proposes six feasible suggestions on paths,including strengthening technical innovation and standardization construction,improving international operation mode,practicing standard connectivity for the Belt and Road cooperation,strengthening brand construction and market promotion,strengthening international communication and cooperation,and promoting the localized application of Chinese standards through overseas projects.
