摘 要:新时代背景下,满足人民群众日益增长的保险需求,是保险事业发展的内在动力。随着商业保险市场的不断发展,优质保险产品供给不断扩大,个人保险代理人档案管理面临监管趋严、标准趋高、难度趋升的风险管控困境。如何实现全生命周期的规范化管理,有效防范风险,提升管理效能,成为研究的重要课题。本文以国有企业个人保险代理人管理实践为基础,通过问题分析、实践总结,提出风险防范和管理建议,探索规范化管理新路径、新方法,提升档案管理质量。In the context of the new era,meeting the growing insurance needs of people is the inherent driving force for the development of the insurance industry.With the continuous development of the commercial insurance market and the expanding supply of high-quality insurance products,the management of personal insurance agent archives is facing the risk control dilemma of stricter supervision,higher standards,and increasing diffi culty.How to achieve standardized management within the full lifecycle,eff ectively prevent risks and improve management effi ciency has become an important research subject.Based on the management practice of individual insurance agents in stateowned enterprises,this paper proposes risk prevention and management suggestions through problem analysis and practice summary,explores new paths and methods for standardized management,to improve the management quality of archives.
